Associate Manufacturing Engineer - Riverside Division

Caddock Electronics, Inc., a manufacturer of high performance passive electronic components has a need for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer at our Riverside, CA facility. This individual provides production and process engineering support and problem solving for the assembly / test of small components in a highly productive environment where detailed and precision work is performed. This person oversees technical processes and assists production in ensuring they are correctly performed and maintained

Additional responsibilities include: Assist in hardware and software development, maintenance and support. Oversee and perform moderate design and construction tasks (mechanical and electronic) and manage related projects. Provide support for engineering document control system.

The successful candidate must be highly dependable and successful at meeting schedules and bringing tasks through to conclusion. They must be able to demonstrate a personal commitment to excellence and a desire to strive for a high degree of quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.

Must have strong practical communication skills. Able to effectively relate to people so as to support precise process management and communicate instructions and concepts with a principled-based approach.

This individual must be committed to gaining a hands-on understanding of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Candidates must have an AS or BS degree in a technical or engineering program. Manufacturing support experience desirable.
